• No soiled or dirty clothes or linens

• No stained or torn upholstered furniture

• No damaged or heavily scratched/worn wood furniture

• No furniture made with particle board

• No large, bulky furniture

• Electronics must be in working order

• No dirty kitchen appliances or cookware

• No logo glassware/plastic cups

• Rugs must be clean without major spots

• No mattresses

• No weight equipment /used treadmills or large exercise equipment

• No household cleaning supplies/chemicals
